How does a Vera and Lomé rug feel?
Vera rugs are soft, low-pile and intended for indoor use. They do not feel stiff. Dirt-repellent properties are not noticeable by touch or visible.

Yes, Vitavien rugs are suitable for use with underfloor heating.
How can I clean the rug?
Clean the rug with a damp cloth when liquids are spilled, such as wine, coffee or urine. Avoid using detergents, harsh surface cleaners, bleach and similar substances that can damage the rug.
Use soft cloths and a maximum water temperature of 30°C. Make sure the rug is dried as quickly as possible after cleaning, but avoid drying in direct sunlight.
How do I return and is it free?
Yes, returns are free (max. 2 products or 2 orders of max 2 products). Vitavien has a 14-day return policy after you receive your rug. You can return your rug via our returns page.

Our rugs, with an anti-slip layer on the underside, are usually suitable for most floor types. However, we recommend contacting your flooring supplier to confirm whether the anti-slip layer is suitable for your specific floor type.
