Returns
If your purchase from Vitavien does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. For a full refund, it is necessary that the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Return Policy
It is only allowed to unpack and feel the product, just like you would in a store. We recommend using the original packaging for the return shipment to prevent damage during transport.
What cannot be returned:
- Products received more than 14 days ago.
- Customized products.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or pet marks.
Note! If a product is returned that does not meet these conditions, your return will be refused, and you will be responsible for shipping costs of €15,- plus an additional €19,- for inspection and returning the product.
Returns and Costs:
Returns are free for up to 2 products or 2 orders. Follow the steps in our online return portal to register your return and receive a return label or pickup confirmation.
Exchanging Products:
Direct exchange upon receipt is not possible. For a new product, you must first return the current item and then place a new order through our webshop.
Note!:
It is allowed to feel the product at home as you would in a store. Make sure that when placing, for example, a rug, the surface is vacuumed first to avoid dirt. The product must be returned in as close to the original packaging as possible if it is not to your liking.
For orders with three or more rugs, where three or more are returned (or more than 2 orders with returns), a return fee of €25 applies.
Online Returns
Register your return and receive a return label.
1. Register your return via our return portal and select the desired return method.
2. Download and print your return label and return form. Place the printed return form in the box.
3. Ensure that the product is fully packed, remove old labels from the package, and attach the new shipping label to the package.
4. You must drop off your package at a shipping point. Keep the shipping receipt.
5. After receiving the return, we aim to process the refund within 14 days.
