An item was delivered damaged or defective. What should I do?
Despite our careful packaging and shipping, it can sometimes happen that an item is delivered with damage or a defect. Our apologies for the inconvenience! Please notify us as soon as possible via email to our customer service, including your order or packing slip number and one or more photos clearly showing the damage.
Vitavien will respond no later than the next business day or contact you to discuss the complaint. We always ensure an appropriate solution.
I have a complaint. What should I do?
At Vitavien, we value good service. For us, service means delivering beautiful products and providing our customers with a pleasant experience. If something unexpectedly goes wrong, let us know via customer service. Clearly describe the issue, and in most cases, we’ll resolve your complaint quickly!
If you have complaints about the condition of the product upon delivery, such as transport damage or a broken/damaged item, please inform us within 5 business days after delivery.
Vitavien provides a standard one-year full product warranty on every purchase.
