How do I clean the rug?
If you spill liquids such as wine, coffee or urine, clean the rug with a damp cloth. Avoid using detergents, harsh surface cleaners, bleach and similar products that can damage the rug.
Use a soft cloth and water no hotter than 30°C. Make sure the rug dries as quickly as possible after cleaning, but avoid drying it in direct sunlight.
How do I return an item, and is it free?
Yes, returns are free for up to 2 products, or for up to 2 orders of max. 2 products each. Vitavien has a returns policy of 14 days from the moment you receive your rug. You can return your rug via our returns page.
